CDG provides civil consulting services for a wide array of highway and facility design projects.  We also specialize in staffing construction management and inspection personnel.  Clients consist primarily of local municipal, county and MDOT agencies.  Our experienced staff is well versed in agency design standards and specifications, and enjoys successful working relationships with a host of public entities. We strive to maintain a collaborative process from concept through design to completion.
